How often should a building's facade be cleaned?
Most high-rise glass in Dubai benefits from cleaning every three months because of dust and sand. Lower buildings and villas usually need it two to four times a year. We'll recommend a schedule after the site survey.
Is rope access safe compared to scaffolding?
Yes. Every technician works on two independent ropes, equipment is inspected before each shift, and a rescue plan is in place for every drop. Because there's no scaffold to erect, there are also fewer people working at height overall.
What does exterior cleaning include?
Glass, frames, cladding panels, stone, louvres, canopies and signage as agreed in the scope. We remove dust, sand, bird fouling and water stains, and report any damaged sealant or fittings we spot.
How quickly can you respond to an urgent job?
Urgent requests such as bird fouling, spills or storm debris are prioritised. Call us and we'll confirm the earliest crew available, subject to weather and access permits.
What signs mean my facade needs cleaning now?
Streaks or white water spots on glass, darkening of stone or cladding, bird droppings on ledges, and a visible film after sandstorms are all signs it's due.
Can you clean very tall or unusually shaped towers?
Yes. Rope access is ideal for tall buildings, curved glass, overhangs and areas a building maintenance unit can't reach. We plan the drops after inspecting the roof anchors.
Will the work disrupt my tenants or business?
We plan drops around your opening hours, cordon off small ground areas only while overhead work is under way, and use low-noise equipment. Most occupants barely notice we're there.
