A cleaner, safer UAE — one building at a time
Our story
Facility management that sweats the details
PescoTest provides cleaning, manpower and maintenance services to residential, commercial and industrial clients across the United Arab Emirates.
We started with specialist cleaning and grew into an integrated facility management partner because our clients asked us to look after more of their buildings. Today one team covers everything from the rooftop water tank to the basement grease trap.
What hasn't changed is how we work: understand the site, do the job properly, and leave our clients with the knowledge to keep their spaces hygienic between visits.
What we stand for
Our values
-
Safety first
Method statements, risk assessments and the right protective equipment on every job.

Low-odour, eco-conscious products and water-saving cleaning methods wherever they do the job.
-
Accountable
Service reports with photos after each visit, and one named contact for your account.
-
Long-term partners
Advice before the job and support after it, so standards hold between visits.
Our people
Trained crews, supervised on every site
Every technician, cleaner, guard and lifeguard we deploy is trained for the work they do and supported by an on-site supervisor.
We invest in hands-on training and career growth, and we're always looking for hard-working people who care about doing the job right.
